I have a great interest in postnatal care and I am fully aware that media, culture or traditional thoughts on childbirth and motherhood can put immense pressure on a new mother. I feel everyone around you should be aware that this is a very overwhelming change to you and those around you.
I am a proud Maternity Mate with Women's Health and Family Services. Through this service, I have supported vulnerable women, those who have escaped domestic violence, have special requirements both physically and mentally. I also have experience with babies who have been born with disabilities.
