It’s also perfect for the winter for anyone who wants to bring up their immune system. Mix one tsp in a cup of milk and boil. Add honey in the end. Drink hot. This will provide you enough to make 6 cups of the beverage. Currently all of our doula clients get this as a complimentary gift as well as women who choose the mama bliss postnatal package.
Mix one tea spoon in a cup of milk milk (you can use non dairy) that you boil.
Discard the cardamoms and cloves. Add some honey (optional) and drink hot.
